Troubleshooting

If ScoreNEET cannot read the file

  • Only some questions were found: print the complete response-list page with “Pages: All”.
  • You selected an OMR-only PDF: PDF mode cannot read it; download/save the OMR as a JPG or PNG and use the OMR image reader.
  • You only have an OMR JPG/PNG: choose it directly with “Choose PDF or OMR image” and follow the cropping guide.
  • Faded markers were not found: turn on “Background graphics” and save the PDF again.
  • NTA address was not found: turn on “Headers and footers”.
  • Your mobile PDF did not work: retry with desktop Chrome or Edge; mobile print layouts can differ.
  • The challenge window has closed: use your saved response PDF or original OMR image; ScoreNEET cannot retrieve either file from NTA for you.
